“The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, the staff are extremely helpful and accommodated the extra requests we asked for including booking a taxi to the races, putting the bags in our room and even let us a room to get changed (we arrived at 9:30 am). We booked in last minute for a meal in the restaurant and the food was superb. Rosie our waitress was lovely and her service faultless. The bed was really comfy and we had a great night sleep.”

“Unfortunately too many small items needed attention in the room-wood on one drawer. wood on coffee table, loose towel rail,no TV info or heating info, awful unacceptable damage to bedroom door. None of these would take long to rectify. Needs to be more attention to detail. Such a shame”

“Very quiet and beautiful country setting close to Gloucester. They had parrot named Joey and a huge fireplace in the bar. Full, freshly prepared breakfast was excellent.”
