“I loved the staff! Interested in what your doing, how your day was etc. Very light hearted and approachable. We stayed for one night as a present for my partner for his 30th. The staff gave a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, and helped me add personal touches to this event! Both myself and my partner were so happy & this is our favourite place to stay in Belfast! Will definitely be back! Plus the breakfast is amazing & the atmosphere is laid back and perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the morning. An amazing hotel!”

“The breakfast was not good. I ordered creamy scrambled egg but it was dry so I sent it bk and got pancakes. They were straight from a pack not home made so I was v dissapiinted with breakfast to be honest and 100 pound is v expensive esp when breakfast was not good. Staff were fantastic and liked the hotel v much.”
