They were helpful and friendly, without being at all "servile". We stayed in the George suite, it was fabulous. Bed linens & towels were good quality, and it appeared they've addressed every possible requirement they could imagine for their guests - very well equipped! We had dinner & breakfast in their restaurant, again a perfect experience.”

“I could not fault The Painswick, the additional touches in the room such as a Nespresso machine, fun books to read, the snuggle rugs, hugely comfortable bed.
