“We got a very warm welcome at reception. It was a particularly cold evening but the hotel was lovely and warm. In actual fact the bedroom was probably a bit too warm. Very nice dining room and bar. and the diner was very good. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Even the coffee was good!!”
“We were there to see a show in the Grove Theatre and we really enjoyed our short stay. Our room was ready when we arrived, so after checking in, we went downstairs for lunch. The lounge and bar had a subtle pine tree fragrance thanks to festive Christmas tree. We were able to comfortably relax on the plush velvet couches for the afternoon with a couple of drinks, lunch and our books in front of the fire.”
