“Even for extra charge, but were happy, that rooms were available even we arrived very early. Lobby bar available 24h. Friendly stuff, good breakfast, great location (city centre).”
“The hotel is located on the confluence of two rivers in the city and is very central. Most places of interest are within walking distance. We were allowed into our room on arrival, early in the morning, for only a small (5 Euro) charge, which made a huge difference, having been travelling by train for two nights. Our room was lovely - very big and with a great view over the water.”

“Данный отель, на мой взгляд, лучший в г.Павлодаре. Меня в нем устраивает все - в номерах чисто, уютно, все есть и все удобно, кровать широкая с хорошим матрасом, много подушек. Завтрак - вкусно и достаточно разнообразно, на верхнем этаже уютный ресторан. Единственно - это все касается номеров в новом корпусе, в старом корпусе комфорт на порядок ниже, но скорее это особенности гостиницы совдеповской постройки, а не претензия к отелю. Очень рекомендую.”
