“Great hotel. Breakfast queues could be long at times, and the wifi connection was not the best. Apart from that, a very good place to stay!”
“Restaurant has no atmosphere whatsoever for Xmas its clinical cold and poorly devices, get decent warm curtains warm coloured carpets and better secluded lighting , more romantic with an open fire, won't fine there again!!!'”
“Room was comfortable and very clean but disappointed as absolutely no view, looking on to roof tops. Check in should have been 3 pm but it was 3.45 pm before it was available. Would be a good idea to have bath mat over bath as I had a terrible accident while using the shower, slipping and crashing on to the floor to then discover the mat hanging on a rail under the sink. Also, accidently left our swimsuits on radiator and when we returned to get them a few hours later they could not be found.”
