“It's a great location for walking and visiting the South Bank. It's also only a 20 minute walk into Leicester Square etc. Food and drinks in the pub downstairs are great.”
“We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. Good location for what we wanted. there is a lot of building work going on around the hotel, but this didn't bother us as we were not there much during the day, so don't let that put you off, good cooked breakfast and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful especially the young lady at the reception desk. room was a good size and clean.”

“Really lovely recent stay - warm reception on arrival, complimentary drink each as next door have some scaffolding up which wasn't an inconvenience at all but a nice gesture from the Mad Hatter. Amazingly comfy bed!! Wonderful location.”
“The rooms were spotlessly clean and large comfy beds. The building used to be a hat factory, hence the name. It's now a nice tidy London Pub. We didn't even leave the building on the second night after a hard day tramping the streets of London. Lots of major building works around but close to the river and a short walk from other sights.”
