• Important Notice
  • The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest&apos;s name when checking in.<br><br>Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.<br><br>If you are making payment using another card holder&apos;s credit card (No Amex card is accepted for third party payment), kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:<br>1) Authorization letter with card holder&apos;s signature<br>2) Copy of the card holder&apos;s card (front and back of card with card holder&apos;s signature)<br><br>Please note and allow sufficient time for hotel to contact transaction bank of cardholder for verification purposes. The hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if there is no bank confirmation for third party payment booking. Once prepayment booking is released, it is regarded as &#x201C;non-guaranteed&#x201D;.Hence, please contact the hotel reservation to confirm booking before arrival.<br><br>Please note that hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card.<br><br>Guests departing earlier than their confirmed departure date will have to pay an early departure fee of one night&apos;s accommodation.
