“We thought our room was amazing.It was large, stylish and modern with the bonus of a lovely view.The bathroom was wonderful too. The attention to detail from the room staff was impressive especially by quickly replenishing the hot chocolate! The selection and variety of breakfast food was very inviting, all freshly cooked and well presented. This all helped towards making our stay really special.Even though the hotel is large and busy the staff gave us personal attention, were interested in us and made us both very welcome.”

“Everything, the staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble, thank you to Pradesh whom was extremely helpful. Recommend breakfast in your room, although pricey it was lovely and loads of it too. Rooms were spacious clean comfortable and quiet no external noise.”
“The bed was the largest I have had in a hotel. The comfort of the room was excellent. I loived the delightful leather chaise-longue I could sit in it and read all day. The location is perfect to stroll across to the better parts of Manchester town centre and walking distance to the Manchester Arena.”

Everyone was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful or charming. A real treat from start to finish. The rooms were large, comfortable, beautifully clean and we loved the decor.
