“I was in a small room -- a petite double -- but it was comfortable. The service was excellent -- friendly and competent. There were some things that needed to be fixed in my room (e.g., USB ports pushed in), and they did it quickly and capably. The room cleaning was great. The frig was useful and included daily creamers. There was good coffee -- decaf and regular (Nespresso) -- and free bottled water. I loved the location -- across from the Public Gardens and near many restaurants and a good grocery store. This is an older hotel, so it has character, but it was also really comfortable -- quiet with great towels and good beds.”
