“I was lied to about the indoor pool, it has been under maintenance for 18 months. My 2 kids were very bored. I would of NEVER chose this hotel if they were honest and told me the truth about the indoor pool being under maintenance, I would of NOT BOOKED at The Lofts. They also had me booked for a smaller room, so we had to be moved, terrible just terrible. The beds were extremely firm/hard, I had to check out early because my back was absolutely hurting me. I just could not believe it.”
