However, 1st night is refundable if cancelled before 48 hours to arrival.<br><br>December 1st to December 15th/January 3rd to April 30th - First night will be charged at the time of booking, and the remainder will be collected 14 days prior to arrival by the property. However, 1st night is refundable if cancelled before 14 days to arrival.<br><br>December 16th to January 2nd – The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. However, the amount is refundable if cancelled before 30 days to arrival.<br><br>The Listel Hotel Whistler will retain the full payment charged to the credit card attached to the reservation if the guest does not show up.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
