“This is the second time I have visited the Lifeco. I love this place and feel wonderful when I leave. Generally, with a few exceptions the staff are amazing. They go out of their way to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I was on both the Master Detox and ate the Raw Food diet and can highly recommend both. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the bedrooms are very comfortable. I will continue to go back to this special place.”

“Location is creat, rooms spatious, good decorations and finishings, staff is generally friendly and willing to help. Detox program is very good and you really get the mood of a detox spa facility. Juice bar staff is particularly willing to assist, therapeuts are good, raw food and juices of good quality.”
“Everything apart from what is written below. The staff were amazing the food (low calorie) was excellent apart from one or two meals. The nurses were so caring and considerate. I felt very looked after which was really needed and I was so impressed everyone knew my name. I loved being in the main centre it was on the whole a beautiful oasis of calm. Having researched treatments for my conditions for years I am very interested to see the long term effects of the new treatments I tried. I will definitely return next year with out doubt but only if it's in the main house! And for 2 weeks as well, one wasn't enough and hopefully I will be well enough to do the master detox.”
