“The staff did an amazing job, at the time of check out, i forgot to empty the contents of the safe. By the time i realized that, i was already checked in for my flight and already thru security check. I called the front desk and the the collaboration of the hotel security, concierge, drivers and the hotel representative at the airport, the items were delivered to me all all items accounted for including a cash. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their diligence, honesty and dedication to keep their guests comfortable and happy. Well done”
