“When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by staff who assisted with our bags. The lobby is large with an relaxing ambience, and the reception desk is located at the back of the lobby. Check-in was quick and efficient, the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The bathroom included a large deep bath with a ceiling shower and was very nice. We enjoyed lunch in the multi-cuisine restaurant, which included a whole range of very well prepared dishes, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and the chefs were also very nice. We enjoyed a cocktail in the bar, which was pleasant with a nice selection of lounge music, the staff were also very friendly and attentive in this area. The pool area was nice and a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city traffic, it was not overly crowded, and a nice place to relax. The hotel is connected to the Ambience shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping, entertainment (cinemas, bowling etc), restaurants etc.”
