“I did not want to leave. It is an oasis: it smells like heaven, the staff were wonderful from start to finish. Many staff had better than average English skills; there were also several French speakers. I speak a little Mandarin, but even with none, a stay here would be good. Attention to detail is superb, in all parts of the hotel, capturing both elegance and gentle humour. Eg - the walls and floor are marble, but you will also find a miniature monogrammed rubber swan toy to enjoy in the bath ;) The hotel is clean and modern, but not minimalist (far from it). Comfortable and large beds, larger than average rooms, very clean, excellent food, quality & plentiful toiletries, very efficient room service, rooms serviced twice daily. Beautiful looking and well-natured staff, nothing was too difficult. I would happily stay there again.”

“They care, yes the staff cares and pay attention to all details , and the most important is the natural care they have not only with its hotel guests but all people they talk face to face, by message or by phone. I did one small comment to the person who was in charge to schedule the room cleaning , I said the Nespresso machine in room is very convenient to me and he asked me casually if I like all or if there was any capsule that I like most, and I answered yes , is the RISTRETO. Than what happened next? OK, I tell you ; When I got back to the hotel after work, after turn the room lights on, I saw 10 extra capsules of RISTRETO near to the Nespresso machine. It is one small example about the care is real visible and true care that any person will understand when staying at LANGHAN HOTEL FUTIAN SHENZHEN”

“Wonderful service with very pleasant staff. Personalised checkin with the manager even showing us to our room! It was an executive room with the most amazing bath and view over the city. Very well appointed with electronically controlled everything! Access to the lounge was part of the deal and what they call an evening 'snack' is actually a pretty full buffet! The breakfast had too many options to count, all of which were very tasty. The pool is probably one of the best outdoor leisure pools in Shenzhen, certainly one of the best we have experienced. Truly excellent world-class service which I'm sure is unbeatable for the price. The staff have a policy to surprise the customer, and they do that well!”
