  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
  • The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds.
  • All children under 2 years are charged GBP 8 per person per night for children's cots/cribs.

  • Please note that should a booking be made for more than one night, 50% of the total amount is payable as a deposit and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no shows.<br><br>Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties, or similar parties. The property reserves the right to cancel bookings of this nature.<br><br>All debit or credit cards details which are provided for room deposits will be used for a room security as well. If there is any damage to hotel property, however caused, it must be paid for.
