“It was dirty. The manager was rude. It had no ventilation and no air conditioning! The shower was dirty, painted tile had chips and no grouting in areas. The towels were not fresh and clean. When I complained about no air conditioning, they told me they had a couple of rooms that would be available the next day, but I would have to pay extra? Do not stay at this hotel!”
“A very nice hotel with a very clean room. We also enjoyed the pool very much as it is quite picturesque and private. The hotel is close to Santa Cruz, however it is in a peaceful setting even though it is next to one of the major freeways”

“The bed was so comfortable. It's right off Highway 17, which is very convenient and easy to find. The location itself didn't have too much to look at as it was right off the highway and surrounded by trees. Otherwise it was a good overnight stay.”

The staff were lovely....we met a lady originally from London who was extremely helpful and gave us such great recommendations, her service was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was great. Was a nice touch to have not only pastries and fruit, but cereals too. Location was brilliant, a very short drive to the centre of town.”
