“The room we reserved with 2 double beds was given away when we arrived. We were put in a single bed room with a sleeper sofa. We requested a roll away bed because the couch was gross. The roll away bed was so uncomfortable. The room had a horrible, dirty smell. They brought in an Ozone machine which did not help. The bathroom was dirty. We were so grossed out. I had reservations scheduled in August as my daughter is a patient at Mayo Clinic, but I will be cancelling. After a long drive to the Hotel, this was awful to find out. All other close hotels were booked. I tried to call and get a different hotel without success. The manager did credit 1/2 the cost, but honestly it wasn't enough for the inconvenience.”

“The hotel was a bit on the pricey side, but it was worth it for the access to Mayo Clinic. We could walk in climate controlled comfort from the hotel to the medical facility and not have the added stress of parking and walking in the rain to the stress of the health issues that brought us there. The breakfast was good, and the staff were all very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The soft close drawers in the kitchen and bathroom were a nice surprise.”

“There for a procedure at Mayo Clinic. VERY convenient location. Discharge nurse took me to my room door. Was able to walk to my doctor's office in Davis Building to drop off some medical records. Front desk allowed me to check in hours before posted check-in time.”
