“Lovely soft towels in the bathroom. Hairdryer - great! Breakfast - gluten free selection - great! overall good menu selection of hot options - possibly would of maybe liked a muffin/slice of cake/pastry with coffee, that's if id had room! My parents had a river view room - it was beautiful, she sat in the chair for an hour just looking out at the view.”

“Room was small but adequate. Very clean, comfy bed. Bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with great grab bars for safety. Staff extremely friendly. Management visible at all times making sure things were running smoothly. Assistant Manager came to talk to us at breakfast to make sure we were happy with experience. Breakfast prepared to order and piping hot. Will stay again next time we are in Barnstaple and will recommend to friends.”
