“They offered choice of western and oriental breakfast in two different restaurants.The heater broke down on the coldest and wettest day and we had to shower in cold water after a cold day out. Hotel apologized by giving some pastries out of goodwill, which is a nice gesture.”
“The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and the pool is pretty nice! The view of the atrium is really cool, with many shopping options in the hotel building itself. The staff are polite and professional, and the hotel is in a good location relative to many of the major tourist sites (although you'll still have to take a taxi or public transportation). Complementary drinks were also included for the lounge, which is available from early morning to late evening.”

“High quality hotel with excellent staff and many restaurants in house and a good selection of high quality shops. The shops and restaurants are a little pricey but good. The concierge service is very good and the hotel has it own airport shuttle service with private Mercedes cars. Housekeeping was excelent and wery helpful when our child lost toys and wet the bed.”
