“Very comfy bed. Large room, very new with good quality fittings-tiles, shower etc Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful. Menu: nice to see something a little different too. Well presented, tasty & hot. Exceeded expectations and we would definitely recommend it.”
“Rooms were amaxing spacious and comfortable. Pillows were awful. Thin and flat. Service in the bar area was perfect but the basement restaurant was awful. Poor service. Slow and waitress not attentive. Manger was very defensive when questioned. But did finally relent and give 8 of us one free bottle of wine! Not great costumer service. We were told no peroni downstairs yet they had it upstairs. No pancakes for breakfast. Tea kept running out and wasn't refilled”
