“Staff was great. When I booked it on booking.com the add specified a full kitchen but when we arrived we only had a bar fridge and no stove. They upgraded us to a condo unit and gave a a good deal on it.”

“Room was a nice size for 2 people. If there were 4 you would be stepping on each other. Most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hotel. Like the little balcony off the room was a nice bonus. Pool area was a little small but the hottub was great.”
“The onsite massage therapist (Lynn Muller)was incredible and gave me one of the best massages I've ever had after a day of skiing. The hot tub was really nice and outdoors. The location could not be beat - ski right to the door. We borrowed movies from the front desk which was a nice touch. There were lots of hooks to hang up ski clothing to dry and the room was spacious. The onsite restaurant had really delicious steak sandwiches. The price was excellent and the room had everything you would possibly need. This will be our go-to place to stay when skiing at Fernie from now on!”
