“There was a four poster bed and a jacussi bath. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. There was plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and we all had a bottle of water. There were magazines and books available in the hall for guests to read. Room had good heating and the windows opened.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. It is the most friendly dog-friendly hotel that we have ever stayed in, as our wee border terrier was allowed everywhere! The room was clean and comfy, the food was very good pub grub, with a varied choice. I can recommend the fish and chips, the batter a true beer batter, as I saw the chef put the beer in the mix from the pump in the bar!”
