We enjoy good food & wine and living in London we have a lot of choice, yet we would still choose to go back to the Gallivant for dinner over many of our favourite city haunts.”
“The room was very comfortable and well equipped, loved the honesty larder. The lounge was very cosy and the double sided fire was most welcoming due to the cold weather. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a meal and breakfast which were both amazing-the granola bars were a real hit!!”

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, making an important contribution to our overall enjoyment.”

“Rooms were well decorated and all the facilities you could wish for were there. Nice garden area which had deck chairs in. Also a large terrace area next to the restaurant where you can have alfresco drinks and food. Restaurant - dinner and breakfast were fabulous. Hot breakfast option is extra but the buffet was very good indeed. Lovely touch - flip flops and wellies were available for use. Luckily we used the flip flops as the beach was only a few minutes away.”
