“My overall score is poor because: 1.Room was dated, tired and not particularly clean 2. Reception couldn't tell me whether pets had previously stayed in the room (I have pet allergies) 3. As a single traveller attention b restaurant staff was not good Breakfast - probably one of the worst with cold food, overcooked eggs, hard bacon and sausage, no service had to help myself to coffee as no one offered 4. Freezing cold in basement prevented me from going for a swim and workout 5. Hair drier gave me a shock and started to smell, dangerous The only good thing was a comfortable bed and good location”
