“Value for money, very ideal location for when you're using public transportation. Lots of good places to eat.”
“Was a very tough situation. Friend was planning to stay vancouver then cancel and changed the mind 2days ago. Nancy helped out to save the room and match the price. The result was very happy. Thank u.”
“I loved that the hotel was so affordable - it definitely had the air of a much costlier place, which was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the decor stylish, the space itself very clean. My few interactions with the staff were great - they were very responsive and helpful. The hotel itself is just a 10-minute walk from the sky train station, and a quick 10-minute bus ride (bus stop right outside) from Metrotown mall. I didn't drive this time, but it's nice to know there is covered parking if I ever do.”
“Room was very nice. Close to supermarket and eating places.”
“Nothing it was very smelly couldn't sleep at all ... had to leave and loose a night ....”
“The staff are amazing, even when dealing with me from the UK. ”
“We were a bit hesitant pulling upmas it’s a tiny hotel and looked more like a hostel. Inside was a clean smelling lobby with a a very cheery desk clerk. Our two night stay had a comfortable bed, clean linens and no noises from Other guests bothered us! Our room had a weorking a/c for our comfort. It for sure isn’t the Hilton but at almost 25% Of the Hilton’s price this hotel Did it’s job for us.”
“The hotel was recently renovated and they did a great job with the decor and furniture. Took a bit to figure out how to make the shower work (pull down on the bath spout), but all in all I had a great experience. The bed was fantastically comfortable, although you could tell they put an impermeable layer under the sheets because it made a plasticy sound when you moved around. That being said, I didn't notice it after I passed out.”
