“When I arrived to reception, I explained I didn't have a credit card (due to my bag being stolen the week before) there was absolutely no idsue with paying cash on arrival. Dave , the reception manager even offered me a drink on him due to my troubles. When I arrived in my allocated room, it was a bit small for me and my girlfriend who were due to an awards ceremony, although still a lovely room. When I raised my concerns, Dave again was more than accommodating and found my another beautiful room which suited our needs perfectly. Room service was impeccable, the staff again extremely friendly and helpful. I live in Dublin city but continue to stay here as a treat because this hotel is perfect.”
