“Love this boutique hotel. Staff really cares about you. We were across the street looking at the lobby of the historic hotel of theirs and bell boy said he would get us a sample of their hand made peanut brittle. store was closed to buy. He took our room # and had it delivered to us free of charge. Great service. Will definitely stay again there”
“The Lusso has an excellent location and all of the amenities of a Walt Worthy hotel. My only complaint is that they aren't taking full advantage of the property. There's a huge lobby that is sterile with old, heavy furniture that no one uses. I suggested a wine happy hour each evening would enliven the place.”
