  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • There is no capacity for cots in the room.
  • One child or adult is charged AUD 80 per person per night in an extra bed.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.

  • You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.<br>Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card.<br><br>Please note that the property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in for the full room rate (if booking is payable upon arrival) plus an AUD $100 bond per night (up to 7 days) to cover any incidental charges.<br>This pre-authorised amount may be held for up to 10 working days.<br><br>Please note alternative breakfast options are as follows:<br>- AUD $38 per person for the breakfast buffet at SOKYO<br>- AUD $34.90 per person for the breakfast buffet at the Garden Buffet<br><br>Valet parking is available from Sunday to Thursday for AUD $45 and Friday and Saturday for AUD $55.
