“Great location for an overnight stay prior to flying from Gatwick. Nice rooms, lovely decor but our room the 'Hampshire' felt a bit on the small side and this was reflected in the size of the bed (double) That said it was well laid out and we both slept well. The restaurant/bar provided us with an excellent meal (fabulous pizza) and great choice of wine and beers. The open fire provided a warmth matched only by the staff, all of whom were amazing. Clearly the management understand and encourage the staff to enjoy their job and to share time with the customers and make them feel welcome. We stayed just one night but were made to feel completely valued. Great work thank you guys. Recommend this place as a great place for pre flights at Gatwick and for excellent food for those passing through.”

“All good, food great and when a botle of wine was delivered corked, they changed it without a fuss. The wine was a little expensive, but profit needs to come from somewhere to enable the quality of service and interested attentive staff.”
