“We really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. We didn't experience any more flooding when showering after we asked the staff to clean the drain, which they quickly did. The breakfast was quite ok and we did find stuff to drink and eat. The fried eggs kept up going for a while. The staff was fiendly. We can't really expect everyone to remember everything all the time, can we? The hotel has a spa with sauna and hamman. Unfortunately the facilities are closed, but they do have them! The fire exit was blocked with furniture, laundry and other stuff. But who cares? There was no fire during our stay. For those who like to shop, there is a large low-price shopping centre nearby. And if you are a man and a woman, don't forget the papers to prove it! This is a family hotel. We recommend this hotel! We enjoyed our week here!”
“Staff was very helpful for everything I contacted them about. Easily arranged food to be delivered to the hotel for dinner and transfer number of calls to my room. Breakfast was very good. Room was excellent and beds are very comfortable. Every day all towels were changed and the bathroom was fully loaded with all amenities. Great hotel, amazing value! Highly recommended!”
