“We chose the Commodore B & B because of the reviews, and were not dissapointed. Katrina & Stuart are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities were very good with a feature being the number of powerpoints in the room, especially when you are always charging something. The bed came with a sheet, blanket and bedspread which was much better than a Doona on the hot nights we encountered. We arrived early and were given the key and use of the car parking space before heading off sightseeing, great service. We also had use of the Dining Room on one evening when we chose to eat in, which was very kind of our hosts. The Breakfast was all the reviews said it was, very very good, with lots of variety and more than one could really consume. The poached eggs were fantastic. The B & B was very well located close to the beach, pier, harbour, town centre and both of the railway stations. The B & B is very good value and is highly recommended.”

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt & full cooked breakfast cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. I would recommend this family ran hotel to anyone. Excellent value for money.”
