“The room was spacious, just the right temperature, and it was in a very peaceful location. There was even an umbrella in the room. There was an amazing farm shop next door (owned by the same people), with a fabulous gift shop for the cook upstairs. As well as their own brand, there were some excellent choices of food - the meat and cheese counters looked great,. and the bakery was wonderful. Am currently enjoying a spelt and rye loaf with raisins and possibly walnuts inside.”

“A very large room that is well furnished and very clean. The selection of books for reading placed in our room (108) was excellent light reading for our stay. The adjacent Ludlow Food Centre was an ideal excursion and is done on foot from the Clive. Ludlow and the surrounding area is quite beautiful and well worth visiting but in a leisurely way not as a mad dash. Savour the surroundings,”
