“Absolutely fantastic stay in the heart of Liverpool. Everyone was friendly! We were offered breakfast upon our arrival before even spending our first night. Darren sat us down to talk through our stay and fantastic areas to visit whilst there- he was so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food served was absolutely beautiful... Top restaurant quality! Can't wait to stay again- the hotel felt like a home away from home! Perfect!”
