“I liked the area the hotel was in. Plenty facilities close by without being in the middle of Leeds. I also liked to bar area which was perfect for friends staying in different rooms. The staff were really friendly and seemed to really enjoy working there. Breakfast was at reasonable times and I liked the menu was easily and willingly adapted. We were attending a music festival at the students union. Getting a taxi there was easy. Go to reception, request a taxi, staff press a button on the telephone and a taxi was outside within minutes.”
