“Impeccable service, they go out of the way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From free flow fruits and tea all day at the cafe, to recommending us places to eat, upgrading our room for free as it is available, brought us on a free tea appreciation tour, arranging in house massage, giving us a discount card for restaurants nearby, giving us a farewell gift (homemade lip balm) at the end of our stay. They take pride in their service and can really sense their sincerity. The owner is friendly and staff very well trained (can speak English). Rooms are beautiful, pretty toiletries, rainshower with good pressure and constant hot water. Very clean, luxurious sheets. ”

“Nice and cosy boutique hotel.. rooms are converted from traditional Naxi house Nice breakfast, especially if you're a singaporean. you can find kaya, white coffee, etc... nice Singaporean touch when you are away from home for sometime. Friendly and helpful staffs who is willing to go the extra mile and try best to speak in english. VPN enabled wifi... hooray to able to use google, Facebook, etc!! ;)”
