All credit card charges will be made under "The Beach Group" company.<br><br>=====<br><br>Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.<br><br>In an event where the guest name does not match the name on the credit card, the total reservation will be charged with the guest checking in and any fees charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking will be refunded back.<p>A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required upon arrival. That's about 68.71GBP. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.</p>
