“The bed was atrocious, it should be dumped in a skip. It was also filthy dirty. I just made the best of it as it is useless complaining these days. The staff were the only redeeming aspect of this hotel. It was the most depressing place I have ever stayed in anywhere. The mad pop music in the dining room was dreadful too. I arrived at the hotel at 11:45 and I was told I could not check in until 14:00. Some of the menu items were above average but other items were well below hotel standard. I would definitely not be in a hurry to return to this hotel.”
