“Very good location. It is midway between Galway city and Cong and is convenient for both. Also it is not too pricey for a taxi from either location. Headford is a small, friendly market town with plenty of amenities. We have eaten at the hotel a few previously and were not surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone at the hotel. You can eat real food at reasonable prices and have a good nights sleep. There is a good selection for breakfasts, although the full Irish needs a big appetite to give it the justice that it deserves. Nothing is too much trouble for the Anglers Rest. Looking forward to next years trip.”
