- The Angel Hotel has a large night club attached to the hotel, which opens for private functions on some Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holiday Sundays. Music is audible from some guest rooms and noise levels from people leaving can sometimes be disruptive. Please enquire directly with the Hotel using the details on the booking confirmation if you wish to be informed of any events during your stay. The night club closes at 02:00. There is a takeaway shop located next to the hotel and there can be street noise. Guests should be assured that the property does its utmost to disburse crowds leaving the functions as quickly as possible.<br><br>The bar and reception are closed on Sundays.<br><br>Please be aware that The Angel Hotel does not have telephones in the bedrooms. However, there is a telephone in the hallway available 24 hours a day for general enquiries or emergencies.<br><br>Please be aware that The Angel Hotel does not have lift access to any bedrooms, although assistance with luggage is available.

I was woken up earlier than I would have wished as the room has three windows ( one on each wall and, as it was a sunny morning, the sunlight lit up the room rather better than I would have liked. However, the room was quiet and no loud music kept me up so I had gone to sleep quite early the night before.”
