“Easy parking in private car park, friendly welcoming reception, explained everything and offered help to our room. Room was beautifully clean, sparkling! was how my wife described it. Used the Spa with its sauna, steam room and outside Jacuzzi, very relaxing. Breakfast in this hotel is amazing with its ample full English, which can actually be doubled up if you think you need it. Omelettes to order or fresh fruit, cold meats and fish with plenty of hot tea and coffee. Again restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. This was our third visit to this hotel and I've no doubt we'll be going back”

“Annexe room was excellent. Overlooked river, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Too much living room furniture but small complaint. Leisure facilities and central location real bonus. The exterior of the hotel has a profusion of adverts and photos making it look tacky. It has deterred at least one friend of ours from staying there. Please remove a few?!”
“The "treehouse" lodges are beautiful. Spacious and luxurious with huge comfy bed and lovely large, bright modern bathroom. The biggie though: a private balcony with hot tub! Fantastic!”
