“Lovely traditional wee hotel - more of a country pub with rooms above. Our room was very nicely decorated but retains the traditional character of the hotel. Friendly welcome from the owners. The food was great and they had some lovely Broughton Brewery Real Ale in the bar. We worked off our breakfast with a nice walk from Carlops to the nearby reservoir. We'll certainly be back.”
