What guests loved the most
“This hotel is easy to find from the train station, with approx fifteen minute walk (if you have a suit case exit at Princes Street via the lift). The reception for check in is courteous and quick. The room is good size, with a lot of storage space, comfortable and large writing desk, a large shower in a large bathroom. There is a tea and coffee making tray, with always a nice Scottish all butter shortbreads as a snack and bottled water replenished every day. The bed is super comfortable with crisp linen, quality pillows with various texture and thickness (superb comfort). Breakfast is varied, with eggs cooked on order, blood pudding, haggis, sausages, porridge, yogurt, fruits and croissants. There is a restaurant and a bar on site, room service is available to make your stay comfortable. Service is excellent during breakfast and overall the personnel are very professional and agreeable.”
