“Staff very friendly and helpful, carrying our bags for us up the stairs. Be aware there is no lift but the stairs are lovely and wide. Sunshine room as described, very cosy decorated in Tibetan style which was lovely. Hot water comes on later in the day and is solar but very hot which was wonderful. Heating in the room - bliss when it gets to the minuses overnight! Staff let us use their own washing machine to do a load of washing which is great for Yuan 20 per wash.”

Just an excellent choice to stay, especially because it is within proximity to the Barkhor Market. It seems like you are truly from another time when traveling through the Tibetan alleyways.”
