“We had a very pleasant and relaxing time at this extraordinary hotel. The stay at Tarull added a lot to our overall excellent time in Tossa. Although listed as a 2 stars hotel, it is far more better than most hotels I have stayed in, including four or five stars hotels. It is located in the old part of Tossa, very close to the sea and Via Vella (we could see the sea from the balconies of our rooms), but still very quiet. The hotel is spotless, all facilities are in good condition. And then there are the owners and the staff of the hotel. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. They welcome and treat guests of the hotel as friends, not as simply customers. We are greatful to Luis for all recommendations for all the great restaurants, venues in Tossa, as well as for providing us with chairs and umbrellas for the beach. La mama, who greets guests at breakfast, makes sure everyone is well looked after and cooks great tortillas. Thank you, Tarull!”

“Luis, Mama and staff looked after us so well - it was a joy to stay here. Provided beach chair, towels, umbrellas - and tips for everything. Nothing was trouble. And the sangria was yum. A short walk to the beach for swimming and lovely situation in historic centre. Very quiet and the black-out shutters made for super restful night's sleep. Tossa is gorgeous - but Tarull made it special. Will be back!”

“This is by far the best two stars hotel I've been to. The rooms are nice and comfortable (great bed). The views from the balcony just makes you feel the magic of the village. Breakfast is simple, with high quality ingredients, which makes it perfect. But what really makes this hotel better then others is the people running it. You feel as if they have welcomed you to their family and will be there for you, whenever you need them. (which was the case when my girlfriend was vomiting non-stop in the middle of the night due to food sensitivity she has, Luis immediately called the doctor for us and offered to drive us to the hospital when ever we wanted) Thank you for an amazing stay.”
