“the hotel is excellent, super friendly and helpful staff. Our flight arrived very late and we realized at 2:30am when we arrived at the hotel our booking was one night too few and the hotel was fully booked. The staff tried to help us solve the problem, found out there are guests checking out around 3am, and asked the cleaning staff to clean out a room for us as soon as the previous guest left. They even treated us some beer and crackers for waiting! I couldn't express enough how much we appreciated their effort. The other highlight is the breakfast buffet! Delicious and a wide variety, you cannot miss the shakshuka every morning!”

“The cleanliness of the rooms, the complimentary coffee and wine on the 10th floor lounge, and the delicious breakfast with many options made our stay very pleasant. When I lodged a complaint after being woken up by a dog in the corridor (it is a pet-friendly hotel) , the manager was very nice and handled the matter very respectfully. He offered a substantial discount and was open to my suggestion of creating a pet-friendly floor.”
