“I loved the personalised service, and the particularly friendly and obliging staff at the Taj Deccan. I had only just arrived in India and this was my first hotel which somewhat set the standard for the rest of my stay. As I was traveling alone the attitude of staff is important to me and I have to say that from the restaurant to room service to the front desk, the manner was always polite offering the best service with a smile! The breakfasts were amazing and I was even delivered a juice that I requested of beetroot, carrot and celery with a little ginger! I got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all the staff at Taj Deccan, (including security at the front gate), for helping to make my stay so enjoyable.”
