“All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Check in was rapid and our bags were taken to our room straight away. The whole hotel is very stylish, clean and equipped to a high standard. The room was large with a sofa, massive bed and a wonderful bathroom. The beakfast buffet was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food for Asian and western tastes. Just a short walk from the MRT station made it easy to get around Taipei. Lots of taxis also available on the main street. Most of the staff spoke English and were able to give advice on places to visit, where to shop etc. There are defiantly cheaper hotels in Taipei but unless you pay a lot more I doubt you will find a better one.”

“1. The location - only 3 mins away from the subway station. Many options of different cuisine located around the hotel.2. Breakfast was great, many varieties on the buffet and you can even order from an ala carte menu for free. 3. The porter - Andy was always with a great smile and willing to offer assistance. ”
“Fantastic service and smaller scale building combine to give a more intimate and personalized experience. The location is really close to MRT, taxis, and there's lots of small suburban side streets to explore and get a more local and casual experience. The complimentary snacks and waters made us feel extra welcome and special. Breakfast was delicious and putting on the super soft bathrobe after soaking in the big bathtub was a luxurious treat. Doormen and front desk staff were extremely attentive and helpful and remembered us over the several days of our stay. Overall level of service and room accommodations were above and beyond our expectations!”

“Very good breakfast buffet, containg asian as well as continental parts. In addition to that here is a menu where you can choose your prefered breakfast add-on (omelett, scrmabled egg, omelett with chicken etc.). Fresh fruits are served as well as a broad range of cool and hot beverages.”
