“Stayed 3 days 2 nights at taal. Supposedly we are going to change from deluxe to superior. Christelle at the front desk made our stay super easy. She made us stay at the deluxe room for 3 days and waved the fee because we have an infant with us. Staff like her should be given a recognition. Thank you so much Christelle! Second, it was our 1st anniversary. The staff managed to bring a boquet of flowers at exactly 12mN and the hotel gave us a free slice of cake as a gift :)”
